Every Saturday afternoon from 4.30pm to 5.30pm stand alongside our Executive Chef Tony Howell as he prepares tonight’s dinner menu. Learn some of his kitchen secrets, tips and recipes.

Our Cookery School welcomes participants from the complete novice through to the experienced enthusiast.   Executive Chef, Tony Howell will present a variety of seasonal cooking classes throughout the year giving the opportunity to learn first hand from the experts.
