Howard Park Wines and Cape Lodge are jointly hosting a Stellar Dinner with Vigneron Jeff Burch and Chef Tony Howell. A four course dinner will be matched with Howard Park Wines. Howard Park produces MadFish and the limited Marchand and Burch Wines. Limited seating only .. be quick to book your place as rare wines will be made available for the evening.

Join Cape Lodge Chef Tony Howell who will take you through demonstrations and hands on preparation of some of his favorite recipes. Tony’s two hour class will be conducted in the Cape Lodge Restaurant from 4pm for a maximum of 12 guests.

The Australian String Quartet & Guests

Friday 16 April-Sunday 18 April

The Australian String Quartet (ASQ) with guest artists will perform a series of four concerts in stunning winery settings accompanied by gourmet lunches, dinners and superb wines.

The concert series opens at Saracen Estate on Friday evening. Enjoy canapés on arrival before the opening concert followed by a 3 course dinner at the winery. On Saturday continue to Vasse Felix for a concert in the Holmes a Court Gallery followed by a picnic lunch in the magnificent sculpture garden set among the vines. After lunch participate in a master class with Vasse Felix winemaker Virginia Willcock and visit the magnificent Margaret River Secret Garden.

On Saturday evening the private estate of Fraser Gallop will be opened for an exclusive house concert followed by a gala dinner prepared by outstanding local chef Dany Angove in the Barrel Hall. The weekend concludes on Sunday with a late morning concert at Vasse Felix followed by lunch at the winery’s restaurant.

Pre dinner drinks and canapés from 6.15pm
7pm- Opening concert featuring the ASQ and all guest artists with a program of Beethoven & Mendelssohn. Three course dinner prepared by Chef Michael Dixon with wines provided by Saracen Estate

Saturday 17 April-Vasse Felix

12.30pm- Holmes a Court Gallery concert featuring the ASQ and guest artists in a program of Bach and Boccherini
1.30pm- Picnic lunch including a glass of Vasse Felix wine in the garden
3pm- Wine masterclass presented by Virginina Willcock (limited spaces)
2.30pm-5pm- Visit Margaret River Secret Garden

Saturday 17 April- Fraser Gallop Estate

Pre-dinner drinks and canapés from 5.45pm
6.30pm- House concert featuring the ASQ and soprano Greta Bradman
8pm- Three course gala dinner in the Barrel Hall prepared by Chef Dany Angove with wines provided by Fraser Gallop Estate

Sunday 18 April- Vasse Felix

11.30am- Finale concert featuring the ASQ and guest artists in a program including works by Haydn and Brahms
Lunch at Vasse Felix Restaurant prepared by award winning chef Aaron Carr with wines provided by Vasse Felix
